Introduction
"Share" is a startup conceptualizing a dropshipping service that utilizes the luggage space of travelers. The aim is to create an app that empowers travelers to share their travel plans and destinations before their journey, enabling them to also receive requests from individuals at the departure point.
Goals
Help Service Provider / Traveler
Earn some extra income while traveling abroad
Create a space for traveler to announce their travel plan and collect request from the departure and deliver while getting back

Shop the world from home
Shop worldwide without the barrier of traveling to destinations. Enjoy international shopping and pay less for international shipping

Frequent Business Traveler
I frequently travel for business, embarking on numerous business trips. My luggage capacity exceeds that of the average traveler, yet due to the nature of my trips, I tend not to carry personal belongings. How can I optimize the use of my luggage space most effectively?
Frequent Traveler
I consider myself an intermediate traveler. Friends and family often request me to bring back local items for them during my trips, without any compensation. Given that I'm already assisting people in procuring items from the places I visit, why not capitalize on the opportunity to help strangers and earn some income?
Occasional Traveler
Due to limited time off and the high cost of airfare, I'm not able to travel frequently. It would be great if there were a way for me to earn money while traveling, as it would help alleviate the concern of spending so much on flight tickets for leisure trips

Cooperate with SHARE is truly a precious journey filled with challenges and learnings. Here are some of my key learning takeaways from SHARE:

Create the “win-win” collaboration:
I learned to efficiently communicate with project owner by being mindful about their goals and think about what I can do to help them achieve that goal through our collaboration.

I learned that speak up is not about challenging people. It is the fastest way to make project proceed correctly and grow rapidly.
